Trebbiano, Malvasia e San Colombano. During lucky years, we make vinsanto. Aged in oak kegs for 10 years, it’s a precious dark amber spirit, that smell like apricot, raisins, candied fruits and bitter almond. Well balanced thanks to the high acidity.
