OLIO EXTRAVERGINE D'OLIVA

We planted 11 hectares of specialized modern orchard, trained in a low form of the traditional vaso policonico shape. Each tree has a breathing space of at least 30 sq.m. since the olive tree needs lot of air. The extra virgin has a strong personality with intense fruitiness; it’s peppery, sweet and bitter at the same time, with almond and artichoke notes.

Cultivars: correggiolo, moraiolo, morellino, frantoio, leccio del corno, leccino, pendolino, maurino and morcaio.
